Here are some ideas.
The game can obviously support more than 1 follower and there are some great mods for it, but can console get something too?
Main features could be:
-up to 3 followers at once
-tell you followers what to use specifically
-followers ride horses (it's really immersion breaking only the dovahkiin is using a horse)
-make spouse follower, and decide what they wear while at home as well
-give npc items as gifts and they use them
-npcs, enemies and random loot has/have smithed weapons and armor. (It can't be the Dovahkiin is the only one with smithed weapons)
Other stuff that can be good to include as a farewell to skyrim:
-Cloaks and capes and hoods (like Winter is coming mod etc.)
-back backs and bags and bandoliers (for extra carry capacity and immersion)
-"hardcoe mode" which can include a survival system similar to Realistic needs and diseases mod and Frostfall mod
-a game feature similar to convenient horses so you can summon your horses and decide their disposition and look (armor etc.)
-make magic strength (destruction mostly) scale with skill.
-bring back some form of spell making
-scale dragon shouts with level and make them have faster cool down as your level progresses (it's really sad a power like the voice has shouts that become obsolete at high levels)
Also maybe include some of the GameJam stuff they showed
-like spears (sigh.....)
-seasons and foliage
-giant mudcrab lol
And maybe other stuff that can just add flavor to the game
-like female giants
-and maybe your spouse can actually have a store outside your home and its operated during some of the day ours.
And other stuff I can't think of right now.
I am getting/building a gaming PC next month so I will be able to do all of this on the PC, but as a 'soon' former user of the consoles I feel bad for it not getting all these features. If Bethesda doesn't want to make more DLC they can do this, especially if the use these mods as a start point. And if Bethesda does a good job these mods will be of less use for PC players which is a bit sad but can have many other benefits.
What is your opinion? And do you guys think Bethesda would even continue to patch Skyrim in the year to come?
Also do you have any better ideas or wishes that should be included in Skyrim.
(I know this is a pretty big list and I truly don't even think 1 of these things will actually be implemented to the game but we can dream right?)
Discuss.......
