Shouldn't it just be called a Special Edition then?
I'm just saying, if it didn't win GOTY why would they call it that...
Some reviewer somewhere called this the Game of the Year. That will suffice. It's not like the Oscars where everyone has to agree and pick one game for this accolade.
Anyway, whatever it is called, the games are almost always offered packaged with most or all the DLCs after the last DLC is offered. It serves a purpose of garnering incremental sales from folks who like to wait for lower prices or as the OP wants, a disk copy of the entire game experience.
