DLC hard copy?

So, has anyone heard as to whether or not Bethesda is going to offer the DLCs in a hard copy format? I really don't like buying things in a digital only format.

How would that work?
You mean like the FO3 GOTY edition?

They said that they would not release a hard copy of the DLCs but they would definitely make a GOTY edition. :)

I don't think you understand what a GOTY edition is. They are basically just a repackaging of the game but with all of the DLC added on the same disc (on PS3, not sure about 360).

Shouldn't it just be called a Special Edition then?
I'm just saying, if it didn't win GOTY why would they call it that...

I heard they more than likely will not. It would be a lot less profit because they would have to manufacture and ship it. I'm sure they will release an edition this fall with all 4 DLCs and the base game.

Special edition implies a collectors edition upon release kind of thing.

Some reviewer somewhere called this the Game of the Year. That will suffice. It's not like the Oscars where everyone has to agree and pick one game for this accolade.

Anyway, whatever it is called, the games are almost always offered packaged with most or all the DLCs after the last DLC is offered. It serves a purpose of garnering incremental sales from folks who like to wait for lower prices or as the OP wants, a disk copy of the entire game experience.
