DLC idea - gene splicing fun

I'd like to see an Institute-based DLC that meddles with cross-breeding bio-organisms. Like a ghoulified synth dipped in FEV to become a Super Mutant or a Radstag crossed with a Bloatfly

I am hoping the robot dlc actually provides the framework for this. Modder builds a torso and compatible limbs, and then adds it in the same way automaton dlc works (in theory).

The Institute has stopped all of its interesting experiments before the game started. Since there is a colony of Synths in Far Harbor, then it is possible that there is a colony of former Institute members that make the Institute look friendly by comparison. Or a group similar to the Institute that focused on Biology instead of Robotics.
