Hrrmmk . . . seems odd you'd ask for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynj1Yqx5hi8 and "Don't make it look cartoony." At the same time . . . Sounds good overall, but I think the only one in your list that is a realistic possibility is "Moon" and/or something with aliens.
Kansas would be rather boring I fear.
New York is far too much for even a whole game, much less a DLC.
Capitol Wasteland (that is what you meant right?); why would you want that?
Atlantis, uh seems a bit "cartoony?" no? As does Mars?
