DLC to make everyone happy?

Post » Wed Feb 17, 2016 2:12 pm

DLC will be Aliens v Enclave on Mars with Mars variants of Cazadors and Assaultrons, Centaurs, Nightkin, Robotrains, there we will find an underground ocean to explore.. New Survival Mode will be introduced too and there will 100 new quests with multiple endings based on choices you make. Once the MQ is done the whole of Mars becomes available as a settlement which you will then begin the task of terraforming Mars using multiple settlements all across the Martian surface.

....following which, Mars takes one look at the settlement feature and opens up bottomless chasms all across its surface in a desperate act of self-preservation.

As a result, Preston has a new job for you.

Hold on. I don't want a DLC outside of the main map (aka standalone story/ magical-hobo-murder-adventure-now-somewhere-else). So I am not happy with this.

It would be funny to see how a supply route to Sanctuary Hills might work then :) "Brahmin in the sky ..."

Another planet needs our help. I'll mark it on your map. Go and see what happened.

I think I'd prefer the flying brahmin option. That'd just be really entertaining. Give it a jet pack or something.

Well, if you get the brahmin to [censored] mininukes you might be into something.

How about a DLC you get to play your Lone Wanderer once again?

He will retain all the original perks from your sole survivor & even equipments.. with permanently 4th dimension linked inventory. LOL

I miss playing him.

i would rather see the pc version of the game fixed and given the proper pc options and controls , it really isn't acceptable the way it is now .

heck there isn't a brightness slider , god rays can only be effectively turned off in the console , some of the the pc controls are hard coded , it's such a shoddy , lazy port .

i would like to see the game actually ported to pc correctly before worrying about dlc .

This. We already have reference to the moon in the Museum of Freedom with the mural that mention Armed Forces fighting at the Sea of Tranquility.

Personally, I don't understand why people want to put a base on Mars before a Lunar base. Although, this is more related to real life, There just seems something wrong with the last manned moon mission being 43 years ago and it only lasted 3 days on the moon and NASA would rather go to Mars than the Moon for the next great space adventure. Has NASA and other Mars enthusiasts not learned the dangers of going to Mars from the Martian?

If you're being serious, that right there is gonna make a bunch of people unhappy. We have people who despise aliens. We also have people who think the Enclave has been overused.

Simply put, if you throw in everything into a pot that everybody likes, what's coming out is a sludge that nobody wants. Because people don't like the same things, and will like mutually exclusive things.

How about what should have been an Easter Egg in Fallout 4 in the first place, like some sort of reference to This Old House, the quintessential Boston-based PBS show. Imagine an NPC named Yankee Abrams, based on Norm Abram, who can sell you special plans for new construction in your settlements?
