I've bought both LR and OWB for fallout new vegas 3 days ago.
But they're not showing up ingame :

The code's aren't a problem i picked the right version
I tried removing game data utility thrice. Nothing happend
gun runner's arsenal does work normally (i got that one as well and no problems)
a new character doesn't work as well.

Any other tips?
