DLC Pluggins Trouble

Post » Sat May 30, 2015 11:02 pm

Ok, so I'm rather new to the modding community and I'm really hoping someone can help me out. I recently had to do a clean reinstall of Skyrim and updated my version of the NMM to the newest one 0.55.0. Since then it's been acting strangely and I can't seem to be able to figure it out. In the mod manager my DLC's don't show up in the pluggins like they usually do and when I go into the Date Files in the Steam launcher all of the DLC's are unchecked. I make sure they all have checks next to them, hit OK and they still don't appear in the manager. I go back to the Data Files and they're all unchecked again! I don't have ANY mods installed not even SKSE it's pure 100% vanilla Skyrim....I don't know if I reinstalled it wrong ( I don't think I did because I did it the same way I did it last time and it worked fine) or if it's the new version of NMM because everything is fine until I try to use NMM...any suggestions would be lovely! I've already tried reinstalling it 3 different times and I get the same thing each time. Help please!

In NMM there are two tabs, mods and plugins. Mods is for stuff downloaded off Nexus. Plugins is where you can change the load order and activate/deactivate things. DLC will only show up on the plugins side, not the mods one.

Right. That's what I'm trying to say. They aren't showing up in the pluggins tab.

Navigate to your data folder. Are the ESP files in there?

Try just reinstalling it again. Remember that it is not fully complete software too. Run it as an administrator too.

Again, I highly suggest posting in Nexus's official forums for help with their software: you'll get one of its developers to respond if you post http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/project-3-mod-manager-open-beta/.
