DLC size

Does anybody knows why the XBox360 file size of the DLC is much smaller than the PS3 or PC ones? For all the DLC's of New Vegas...

Yeah, and on the PS3 side is similar. But the Xbox 360 ones are much smaller. Why?...

I think it might be due to bugs and glitches, the xbox seems to have less of them for these games.

New World Blues. PC 746MB, PS3 776MB, XBox 360 409MB. This has nothing to do with fixes of bugs. It's the original file size...

No, the file size could be bigger because there are things in the files to prevent bugs and glitchs. Those bugs are not in the xbox so they don't need the extra memory.

You're just guessing right? There is no reason for PC to have more glitches than Xbox360. Never heard any reports that this is true.

Usually file size is based on what the compiler can do, so my guess is the Xbox just has a significantly better compiler than the other two platforms. Or maybe its the size of the machine word. The BSA's are by far the largest files. The format may be more compact on 360, or else maybe someone forgot to use the -optimize flag on the other platforums
