Next patch isn't for a few more weeks. ( http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1173679-usa-game-saves-on-a-disc-for-canada/ ) We could still get DLC before then though, since that will be an overall game fixing patch. They said nothing about patches that prepare the game for DLC.
