First i am not a noob,second i have played new vegas downloaded all dlc and it work now i stared to play a borring game fallou 3 the funest part are the dlc's but when i go to fallout 3 lancher>data files select the dlc press ok and when i press data files they are not selected when i start the game they don't load.I am on windows i have download the dll file help
