Sony and Microsoft have two different business strategies. Microsoft pays third party companies to bring content to 360 first. Sony buys studios to make exclusive games only for them.

I have an xbox but I wish somebody else had the exclusive, we will be lab rats for the bugs which will be sorted for the pc and ps3 crowd.

The fact my computer is run off a Microsoft OS is lost on MS? Why the hell wouldn't PC and Xbox launch at the same time?

The first 2 could be solved simply by you not buying the DLC until some reviews come in. No need for them to be on a different platform unless you can't control yourself.

OH WHAT??!! They want us to ACTUALLY BUY the dlc?? Are they madd like a cow?? LMMFAO!! Why would anyone be stupide, insane or both to actually BUY a dlc when modders do a 150% better job than what's for sale. Just another way for corporate America to gouge you in the wallet. They're adding insult to injury now; first forcing us to use this crap called steam and now pay for further stuff - where does it end?? And let's be honest folks, this is the "BEST" of the TES series that has come out. I found Morrowind and Oblivion much more dynamic with content and what you can actually do ingame. Seems like to me that they just rushed this game out, granted, the graphics are great but graphics alone make not a video game, hoping the modding community would "fill in" the holes.

Welcome to Corporate America - the place where you'll get screwed so hard, you won't be able to walk for a week and your wallet will be bled dry if they are allowed to get away with it...

I would have honestly bought Skyrim for my 360 just to have a standardized platform to play my game and not time exclusive DLC, but of the four 360's I have none currently work so I decided I will avoid getting a new one just for Skyrim. Which means I won't have Skyrim for all three systems like I did for Oblivion :(

Did you or anyone buy a new copy of Windows just to play Skyrim? No? Then of cause Microsoft doesn't care.
They don't make money from the PC version while on the 360 they get royalties for each game.
Not really surprising that Microsoft has very little interest in PC gaming and would like you to rather buy the 360 version instead of the PC version and therefore DLCs are Xbox360-exclusive and don't launch at the same time.

xbox360 players make up a majority of there players.

The PC players are the OGs though. We're the ones that bought TES games when they were PC exclusive, and kept Bethesda going. We're also the ones that provide Bethesda with a crapload of ideas/innovation with mods. There's a number of features in Skyrim that can be directly attributed to an Oblivion mod. The PC players, are more or less, the more devoted fans of TES games. We're the ones that put 1,000+ hours into a TES game, when most of the console players stop playing at 100-250 hours. Mods have a big part to do with that, however.

The fact my computer is run off a Microsoft OS is lost on MS? Why the hell wouldn't PC and Xbox launch at the same time?

Don't forget, not all PCs run off of Windows. I have quite a few friends that use Macintosh, Linux and even Ubunto.

"DLC Xbox first... Why? "

-Because Microsoft has good taste and was smart enough.
-Because Sony doesn't give a ****.
-Because this is an unfair world, asked yourself why the hunger prevails in Africa?
-Because I like bathing in your tears.

But most importantly: Because we deserve it.
