Am asking in which order should i do the DLC cos there really is a lot of them. Also at what level should i start them? Am thinking 10.

Also is what kind of good starting weapons can i get early in the game? Have decided on getting ranger armour from Reily(?), but am short on firepower area. Also is shady hat a good headgear to keep using? ( for main story really, heard i'll not have access to my usual equipment.
