DLL errors on startup

Hi guys, this is really frustrating, I get 32dll errors on openg this game,I'mreally confused as the only games I get these errors is with Fallout3 and Jericho,I can play all others with no probs ie.ARMA, ARMA 2 ,Far Cry2 Please help!!!

I could be wrong but it sounds like DirectX needs updating
