So I recently decided to replay Fallout New Vegas after a brief hiatus, and everything was running fine on my other accounts. However I noted that when I started a new character, I got up to the point where Doc Mitchell is suppose to get up and go to the door so I can get my Pip-Boy. However, he doesn't, he just sits in his chair looking at me. I can't talk to him, I can't attack him, I can't do anything. I've tried reloading the save, making a new character but still he does this. I have all the patches installed, and he has never done this before until now. :/
