I modded New Vegas and was having no issues until I attempted to have the Doc heal me. I selected the option to be healed and the only option was that I didn't have enough caps, even though I do. I tried to have him heal my radiation, and it still says I don't have enough caps. Does anyone know why the option to be healed is gone? Here is a screen cap of my esp's and esm's, there are other mods that don't use an esp but I don't think they would have this kind of issue:

Oh also, there is only text when I select not enough caps, he doesn't actually say anything. I'm thinking a mod overwrote his healing abilities or something and gave him generic dialogue.
