I know I find this nice as I'd rather not grind useless skills (Just useless to my character) to get the last skill perks I need for the skills I do use. In this way I can just keep leveling the skills I use most in order to fill those perks I'm missing. Hypothetically you could get every perk in the game with this new system which may sound fun to others, but I can also see where one might find this "game breaking" or "no fun".

It doesn't help me with Role-Playing so I really don't care about it.

I'm interested in this too. I'd like to see a poll.

For the record, I'm not going to use this feature unless I happen to play a character with amnesia, and that's highly unlikely.
