The people enjoying the game are too busy playing the game to post on the forums.

Again? Jesus christ.

Yes, almost everyone here loves/likes Skyrim. Liking it doesn't mean they don't have critisism or feel that portions of the game have been neglected, though.

I consider it one of the greatest games I've ever played. Can't get enough of it.

People who complain show up more on most forums.. look at League of Legends.

The people who are happy often just talk about the game while trying to handle the larger number of people who had negative feedback to give. Constructive feedback good or bad is great. Complaining just to complain "ITS A BAD GAME BRO." is pointless.

Most people never touch the forums either way to be honest so I would not let the forums hold sway over the view of the public over all, we are just the most vocal.

80% of people liking the game are playing it right now, the rest are on here. 80% of people not liking the game are on here, endlessly complaining about how terrible they think it is.

I don't have the game hence why I'm here. I've played about 3 hours worth of game time and seen about 6 hours worth and I'm just attempting to answer what questions I can from info I've picked up from my own experiences + here and youtube.

I'm on these forums and I like and enjoy the game. I guess I'm one of those "strange" guys for now on right?
Edit: Oh yeah, forgot to put the word "enjoy" up there. *Types "and enjoy"*

Plenty of people are enjoying the game; some are having technical problems and still enjoying it. Some aren't. A lot of valid issues get thrown around here; a lot of mental flatulence as well. Bottom line..are you enjoying it? That's what really matters. If you're not, then there is something wrong with you and I don't care about your wortheless ill informed opinion anyway. I kid. I kid...

Love the game. So does my son who can't stop playing it. Even with its flaws it is a jewel of a game and an epic master piece.

pretty sure last time i posted was before 11/11/11, but I am at work now and can't play...

I adore the game, no issues, just one crash cus i tried a fps limiter since my home is a bit warm, laptop was running hot a bit. (PC player, run it on max with almost no lag at all, save for high shadow areas)

love every aspect of it. glitches happen, but hey. i don't care if a square of water fails to load, or if I fireball a troll through a cave wall some times. the game has what no other games can even come close to providing.

There's always a choice to not download the patch. You don't have to download it. Of course, you'll be signed out, but its a single player game. There's no online, of course.

I love it. Just trying using these forums to pass dead times during work. I agree with some of the posters on this thread that think this is a helluva game. I'm still pretty impressed by it and I consider myself fairly tainted and biased.

I'm having a blast in it.

Doesn't mean I can't criticize some obvious failings, like recent patch butchering all forms of resist.

Yeah, but we still visit the forums anyways x3

I've got 150 hours of gameplay. I've encountered one "game breaking" bug (Companions Questline), which I could fix by doing another quest before. I've had some rare crashes and sometimes purple textures (which were fixed by restarting).

The game has it's flaws (magic system, Crafting too overpowered etc.) which were mentioned before and needs some fixes, but Skyrim is far, far away from beeing broken.

I just love Skyrim, even more than I did Morrowind, which was my No. 1 game of all time.

Even if Bethesda fixes the latest bugs (magic resistence and backward dragons), there'll be a LOT of people complaining about the game. That'll never end. Like the war between BF3 and MW3 fans.

...War....War never changes...
