Does anyone else agree that the Dremora were more badass in

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 12:26 pm

So I finally got the summon Dremora Lord spell, and I'm disappointed. He looks like a tall dark elf. I really miss the way they looked and talked in Oblivion. The voice acting on them in Skyrim pales in comparison.

"WEAK Fetalkin" with the old Dremora voice actor was way better then "I smell weakness" with this new actor.

Oh and remember "Kneel, churl" and "Burst, bloodsack!"

Personally, I prefer the Skyrim version. Actually looks menacing. Plus, the finishing moves they pull off really fits the brutality of the Dremora.

I also prefer the new ones. Also love the new Atronachs for that matter.

I'm not sure which I prefer, but in general I find Dremora Valkynaz badass.

I think the rabbits are scarier looking than any of the Dremora in Skyrim.

Not really, no. They were so overused that they were just irritating and silly by the time I got done with the MQ.

In Skyrim, I find them like..never, so when I do, they're a lot more threatening.

Whenever I Wabbajack someone into a Dremora it's always like "Another one who seeks death!" Oops. Always at very funny and inappropriate times too. I thought they looked kinda akward and silly in Oblivion.

Appearance, dialogue and combat prowess are all better imo in Skyrim.

NOTHING beats two Dremora, things are nasty... they regularly give me enough time to smoke a cigarette while they clear out a room full of Draugr.

Versus Dragons, well maybe not so much... but they're still nasty.

Oblivion ones had the helm on.

Basically it comes down to the armor. And if you say daedric looks better in oblivion, I'm gonna call the troll police.
