I did find one PS3 review from IGN that said there was framerate issues in the multiplayer but they didnt say how bad it was or if it came close to how crappy the demo ran.

After that horrible demo i doubt many people will rush out to buy the ps3 version, many people cancelled their preorders as a result. Sorry crytek you failed on the ps3.
