Does 64 bit os still only utilize 1GB RAM?

Title. Or do I stiil need a patch?

Its 2GB, not 1 and yes, Oblivion is a 32 bit app, so you still need the 4GB patch for it to use more than 2GB of memory, even if you have a 64 bit OS.
