I keep running tests w COT and Minty Lightning COT Patch

the sun is shining and I get get lightning strikes

storms are detected but it's not raining and I get lightning strikes

Its pouring down rain and it says there is no storm I hear thunder but get no lightning strikes

I can't get it to coincide with rain storms
