Does Everyone Use QTP 3 ?

I don't use it because I prefer vanilla. QTP3 is too grainy and "filter-fied" for my tastes. I think you lose an element of cohesive art direction when you use QTP3.
^ This.
However together with the vanilla textures and the parallax mapping, I use several other textures replacer:
improved trees and flora, hires oblivion textures, improved fruits and meats, improved sky, improved signs, low poly grass, real waters, awls, raevwd, and many others.
...now I wonder how much of the original Oblivion can still be seen in my game .

I've never before looked on the ground in a video game, and then said, "holy crap, it's a freakin' real life photo of clovers glued onto the floor!"... until I installed Qarl's texture pack.

lol well long for the day when you will say, "holy crap, it's a freakin' real life photo of clovers standing up on the floor!"

Thanks for that post Psymon, i'll have to give it a look through tonight. I don't know why Nexus became the site for oblivion mods, I enjoy PES so much more. I get better download rates and the site just feels laid out better in my opinion. Oblivion seems much less texture modded than Morrowind but much more modded on armors.

Indeed there are not many textures for Oblivion.

Where is Connary? ;)
