Have my character at 10 luck, came out the vault with 6 and have the Ranger Battle Armour, Lucky Shades, Three Dog's head wrap and the Lucky 8 Ball. I am getting random encounters all the time, including Sam Warrick and Mel and to top that I just had the Firelance event explode in front of me, I looked ahead and saw firelance fall out of the sky and land right at my feet, awesome, I feel lucky :rock:

With the Better Criticals Perk you'll get even luckier.
