I wonder what to raise in my stats - and I think I will take Luck but I wanna know something.

Does luck increase the % of disarming and knocking back and paralyzing opponents?
I know that it affects alot in the game but I only need this kind of luck! Combat Luck!

So does it?
And if it does then how much?

Correctly I have 5% of disarming an opponent so how much will I have with 60 luck?
