So I have the arch-mage robe and was wondering if +100% magika regen stacks with other possible items' similar effects? unless this effect is restricted to chest piece only

I believe it stacks. I've had multiple items that increase magicka regen and they seemed to stack to me at the time. Have you done any field tests?
