It says it increases crit damage but theres no perk that shows up like with magazines or any other indication it works.

Bobbleheads don't add perks that appear in menus, but I'm 99% sure their effects still apply.

bethesda's sloppy programming has me paranoid, they hide most of the mechanics so you can't tell what's broken. If you played a mage in skyrim you'd know what I'm talking about.
