Does official plugins contain gmst's or not

Someone in an other thread linked to this particular mod on PES: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5987
The one who have done that goes by the name of iamnone. So according to this the official plugins from Bethesda contain evil GMST's.
However, those plugins are also posted on PES and there it doesn't say it contain any gmst. In the readme of the plugins i also couldn't find anything about gmst's and on the official site also not.
I use myself now some of those plugins, like bitter coast sound, siege of firemoth, helm of tohan and the master index. I have downloaded them from the official site (elderscrolls.com) for a while back.
Can someone clarify if the official plugins contain any evil gmst's. Or is it more a personal project from iamnone?

Well, this may be splitting hairs, but the term "Evil GMSTs" really refers to a specific subset of GMSTs with specific incorrect values that can cause gameplay problems if you use a plugin that contains them, which are introduced by the Construction Set when when editing a plugin without the TB and BM masters loaded. They are easy to find and remove because they always have the same incorrect values.

The official plugins do not contain these "Evil GMSTs". What the official plugins have are duplicate GMSTs, that is, each of the GMSTs has the same value as you find in the Bethesda Masters. These are less likely to cause problems than "Evil GMSTs", however what they can do is cause reversion if some other plugin wants to intentionally change the value of one of those GMSTs. This is mostly unlikely, so I consider the GMSTs in the official plugins to be mostly harmless.

However, the GMSTs in the official plugins are also completely superfluous, and so removing them is very easy and completely safe.

Ah, right. So some contain GMSTs and they can cause some problems. So if i understand it right you can then better go for the cleaned ones which iamnone has done.
Thanks for the information.:)
