pretty straight forward, im stockpiling ebony ore for the deadric armor and weapons and does the ore you can get in mines replenish after a set amount of time. Ive found the ebony mine near windhelm and ive mined all the veins.

There is a mine that has enough for a full set. You have to steal a couple ebony ores from behind a cart.

They are supposed to replenish in a month I have heard.

Btw, you may want to stockpile on daedra hearts as well. Just do the Dawnstar quest for the museum and don't kill the guy when Mehrunes Dagon tells you to.

The mine inside the Orcish compond south-east of Windhelm has 16 ebony ore veins, and the Throat of the World has 3. Thats all you need, really.

I thought mines respawn in 2 game weeks.

Is that the quest were people are having the nightmares, cause i havent started that one, i met the guy who runs the museum and he told me about the quest but i haven't started on it yet

You can actually just buy Daedric Hearts from Enthir in the College of Winterhold's Hall of Attainment.
Of course, you can also buy Ebony ingots after you've sold a piece of Ebony armor to a blacksmith.

Not the nightmare quest, the one with the museum where the guy sends you to collect pieces of the dagger.

yes the mines restock. I have emptied that and a couple of other mines a couple of times each. The wait in game time is pretty long though. The character I was using when I returned to these mines has been in skyrim for about 45 days.

I have spent a lot of time waiting thanks to fast travelling bringing me to places after the shops have closed. Fast travelling takes more game time than merely running to the place you want to go.

I also tend to leave the game running for hours of real time when I do chores and stuff.

Well, that svcks. I'm not waiting that long. I already raided the orc mine and used all the ebony on the daedra armor and then making them legendary. Now I'm trying to make just a bow.

I think they replenish after about one month in-game

I killed the guy and the Daedra still respawn when I revisit. Not sure on the timing of the respawn but they do respawn even if you finish the quest or kill the guy.
