Does playing a Healer with 2hnd sword not work due to stats?

What I am wondering is, Stamina affects Weapon Damage, Magic is Mana/effectivness for healing, Health self explanatory.

So how can you be an effective healer and do damage with your 2hnder without splitting STAT Allocation to the point of it hurting you.

What is your STAT allocation for this situation? You only get one point per level so what do to have good Stamina for fighting, good magic with healing and not gimp yourself having no health.

I realize that there are caps but still wondering . So I want to be a better healer than fighter but I also want to solo well. 2 MAG then next level 1 health then 1 STA???? 2-1-1?

If you want to be a Damage dealing Healer, should you stick to Destruction Staffs?? Do Destruction staffs damage based off of STA as well??

I would treat the 2H as bonus damage alongside your priority healing duties. I intend to do the same thing with a bow (prefer bow because I will get clearer vision). When you are having to go full on healing, it's likely you will want the restoration staff even as a Templar. The passives alone are great.
