Hi, i'm new, well not new really, i forgot the password for my old account i had on here called Sloth. But anyway, i keep hearing that there is a cap at level 25, where you can't get any more perks?, is that true?, because i'm only seven levels away from it and i need to know if i have to pick my important perks now before i max it out, any help would be very much appreciated... thanks!.

Nope, there's no limit.

There is a limit the total level you can reach is 81 which means 80 perks though it's hard to reach said level and also other perks for completing certain quests are rumored.

25 is most certainly not he cap, as I'm 49 right now.

I've heard mixed numbers, but the cap is roughly 75-81.

There is indeed a theoretical cap, as once a skill is at 100, it stops leveling you.
