Does skyrim run that poorly on amd?

Im building a budget pc under 800$ want spend more on gpu. Cpu im going with 8350 but alot people say if i dont have an intel cpu skyrim will run poorly is this true?

You asked if having an AMD processor means you "can't run Skyrim good." I said no. Look at those tested resolutions: who plays games at 4800x900? I don't even know what kind of monitor would display that. Do you usually play games at 100+ fps? No, me either.

So, yes, again, that hardware will "run Skyrim good." It's a three year old game.
