Theres a reason 7/8ths of my characters have bad karma. :chaos: but yeah. Like I said, there better guns out there that are actually legit, but you'll never get the chance to get that suit again. (at least not until some other guy uploads it to nexus and gets banned)

If an artist gets screwed over on their only compensation (credit), they're not likely to keep releasing their stuff. You treat the genius like crap and you won't be getting any more stuff from that genius.

I personally care who makes what because it gives me an estimated scale of quality of a mod. I don't know you, your stuff is crap till I see otherwise. XD But thats a different story.

Same people that take your mods, label it their own and say JAY I GOT MOD.

It's the same with compilation mods.... taking alot of 30 hour + mods from other people and then releasing it.... If the invest work and ask for permission k good but that often doesn't happen.

FOOK asks for permission for every mod it adds in. Any modder that doesn't give permission, won't have their mod added in.

Well, there is a site that has it(the RELz has a link to the site), but it's not a functional link to the page, you must find the page for the suit, then you must open a link on the page to go to the download page, then you can download it.

It's not simple, and it's immoral, but the suit looks wicked sweet. A fair trade-off IMO.

As I said if they ask it's ok, the FOOK team asked, and that's alright, and I admire their work because they really put a lot of effort into it.

If he didn't explicitly take credit for the mod, but left it blank (as I understand it), then on the surface it screams MADE BY ME. However, since we don't know if that was the intention or not, it could very well be a FuBar situation and misunderstanding. All I'm saying is that apparently it doesn't have to be premeditated credit snatching (because then it would have said MADE BY ME). Now, to forget to credit someone for the work they did on a mod and then release it, probably ranks up there with the worlds biggest faux-pas and isn't to be excused, unless he actually appologized for what he did, then maybe...

Personally speaking, I know that I'm gonna need a powerful assortment of code to get the Minnow released and am already asking permission from everyone who has mods/code floating around that I might need. I'll probably goof up the credits list upon release (just because it's the one thing I don't want to goof up, QED), and I'll answer for it, appologize, repent, edit, and move on.
If the guy goofed, he should anty up for it, and make ammends. Best way/only way to get past it.

I haven't stolen anything .. those models were sent to me by "someone" .... he assured me that he asked for permission ...
oh and by the way 30-40 % of those meshes were made by me ... do some research before talking [censored]

because by the time i've made that ak importing models into fallout was still very difficult .. didn't want to spend a lot of time to make my own ... so i've used those .. for which i've been told that i had the permission from the original authors
