Does Steam Morrowind GotY include :

the Entertainers, Bitter Coast Sounds, Area Effect Arrows and other such official addons?
They weren't mentioned on the store page and I don't think the files are there but I just want to make sure.

Nope. However, they always been free downloads from http://www.elderscrolls.com/morrowind/expansions/.
