Does Streamline cause your video settings to revert?

Everytime I try abjusting my video settings to maximum I close the window, open it again and my settings are reverted... Is this caused by streamline? How do I fix this?

Did you even read the streamline readme?
One of the feature of streamline is to manipulate the settings so that your fps falls into the range specified in the ini...
So yes it will change them...

edit:
You can also change that behavior by desactivating the feature in the ini file.

I don't use Streamline anymore as it didn't give me any significant boost but I think you can disable all these at once

I think those are the values of a specific feature of streamline and at the top you can disable the feature completely(it's maybe streamsight or something like that).

I only use it for the purging and saving features. These are the master settings to turn entire features off/on.

off=0 on=1

set SLv.Purging to 1 ; Turn on Streampurge? (cache purging)
set SLv.FPSsmoothing to 0 ; Turn on Streamsmooth? (FPS smoothing)
set SLv.Streamsaving to 1 ; Turn on Streamsaving? (timed autosaves)
set SLv.Streamsight to 0 ; Turn on Streamsight? (FPS enhancer)
