Just wondering if the DVD retail version of the Ultimate Edition has any other DRM than Steam?

Are there any install limits?

I live in the UK (not sure if that matters).

Steam should be the only DRM. I don't believe there are any install limits. However, you can only be logged in to your steam account from 1 comp at a time.
