Hi all, Is the explorer perk supposed to work in OWB? It sure dosen`t for me. Worked in the FO3 DLC Point Lookout so I thought sure it would work in OWB. Could sure use it.

It does if you pick it in OWB, I ran into the same problem during HH.

It didn't work for me in Point Lookout or OWB for what I presume to be the same reason. I think Requiem is right, and if you select the perk prior to starting a DLC then it's effects will not apply to the DLC or any others, for that matter.
