Does the Fallout engine can "smooth" polygon surface

Im using Blender for modeling some "stuff" for F4 and wonder if the engine can smooth edgy surfaces? so i could model with less polygons.

Smoothing should be done by you pre-export using normals, I do not use Blender so I can not help you any further then that.

Smoothing groups are used in almost all productions around the industry. You shouldn't have any issues at all using them for modding
