Does the French disc have English on it?

Post » Sat Aug 06, 2016 4:27 pm

I just bought a Skyrim Leg. PC DISC from the UK that is a French version.

I bought it off of Amazon because all other versions were out of stock for weeks.

Before I bought it I read all the reviews and questions that pretty much said that it was playable in the US ,also I bought it from a UK store so I figured that having English on it was a given.

But just read some people said that French/Spanish and German copies have only those languages.

Is this true ?

I just built my first PC and don't have a OS installed so I can't check it myself and I don't want to open it if im returning it, also I contacted the seller but it takes days to get a reply-

Lastly I read that all Skyrim PC Discs have to go through Steam so I can change the Lang. there is this true?

I opted for a hard disc because I kinda don't want to have to download a bunch of stuff besides Mods

Thanks

some of the files on the disc may be french, but considering you have to activate it through steam you should be able to get Steam to get you the english files

Depends on what you bought exactly. Can you post the link?
