I ask this because I just recently started to delve into the lore. I have plenty to catch up on, in terms of the old history, more exact events, and all of the smaller articles (I have fallen in love with the Imperial Library.)

My worry is that once I do catch up and maybe even start delving into writing my own articles which I'm very interested in, what happens with the current history of the world? I haven't witnessed how the lore moves between games so like my topic title, does the lore expand between the games? I know that between Oblivion and Skyrim, through the novels, that the lore grew in that way, but what about now? Does anyone believe there is a chance for another set of novels between the next game or will developers post articles with information regarding current events and possible future events.

Just is a bummer to know this war is going on with all this tension, so much has changed, yet we may not get any answers till the next game.

Yep. It's usually in the form of "obscure texts" posted on the forums, and those tend to focus more on myth and metaphysics than mundane things.We'll have out hands full with Skyrim for a while, but it will calm down and lull eventually. You'll have plenty of time to get acquainted with things before new stuff gets posted.

Alright that's great. I'd seen those but I wasn't sure if they still did it.
