Does the updates download automatically?

Does the updates download automatically? This is my first Fallout game on the PC, and my first game from Stream for that matter. Also what is the key command to see your frame rates?

It will update to the current version anytime you connect to steam. Don't know the console command for FPS.

What u FNV version? If 1.0.0.240 tell thx 4 steam or bethesda
