I Was just recently thinking is Riften lore friendly character, Here's a short snip about him

During the First Era, he led one of the most successful life that you you could lead, he was also on very high standards with the Gods, Thus granted Slight Immortality by Talos.
At the end of each era he would mysteriously die and turn into a cloud of fog and dropped into a new province as a different type of Elf

1st Era - Bosmer
2nd Era - Dunmer
3rd Era - Manmer(Breton)
4th Era - Altmer
