Does this message mean scripts are breaking?

I recently changed the Unofficial Morrowind Patch esm to load last in my esm load order, and upon reload received these error messages:

Local count for script 'hgwcScript' differs from local count for container item of 'JAC_Jasmine00000000'. Variables will be reinitialized.
Local count for script 'lightofdayScript' differs from local count for container item of 'ano vando00000000'. Variables will be reinitialized.
Local count for script 'redBookScript' differs from local count for saved reference data. Variables will be reinitialized.
Local count for script 'redBookScript' differs from local count for saved reference data. Variables will be reinitialized.

Does this mean these scripts are broken? or will this have no effect on my save?

not how I'm reading it, no.

you're getting these when you pop open your saved game, right?

Open the game, pop open the saved game, continue running all executables, Quicksave the game, exit morrowind, open morrowind, load quicksave. Still getting the error?

Better load patches for mods right after patched mods
