Understand and fluidly speak the Skyrim/Daedric language or any other language in Tamriel? After all he is the project leader :)

I doubt it. Why would that be one of his concerns when other people are more directly responsible for things like that?

He speaks reasonable English, and since you can't tell English and Cyrodiilic apart- yes. :P

Since Todd Howard is project leader I also think that he should be able to ride horses and use magic.

I mean it's HIS GAME.

That would be funny if he actually could do that. To answer the question I think he has some knowledge on that area but yeah the person that was assigned to do that part with the languages would be someone who's more involved and has that type of knowledge.

I wonder if the project leader of COD:WAW could speak both German and Japanese. Doubt it.

The next Q&A should be 100% in dragon language. Any questions?

Only fans actually do those things haha. Fans tend to pick things apart and absorb more fully into things than the people who made it.

I'm gonna say this once...

I [censored] love Todd Howard. He's just so [censored] nice. Why? The world is a terrible, terrible place, yet he just smiles and makes great games.

As an immortal spirit-being of the mythic sphere of Making Games I Really Like, Todd comprehends all ancient and modern languages. It is only his whim to walk in the guise of a mortal game developer; and only his otherwise unattainably high Personality attribute that gives him away.

It isn't an actual full language. They simply made up some sounds, and now character. Now they make up whatever word they need and add it to the 'language' when they need it. It probably only has a few hundred words, and is structured like English. It's hardly a language at all.

Daedric isn't even its own language. It's just English with an alternate alphabet.

There are authors like Tolkein who invent entire languages for their books, and for that I give them a lot of credit. But this is a video game series, lots of people are working on this, and I don't think Todd Howard would devote himself entirely to just one of his game series like that. I still love the man though.
