The book is no longer sitting on the shelf in the secret library, where screenies from Google Images show that it should be. I know that the UMP changes a lot of things, perhaps this is one?

Which version of the patch are you using? I doubt if anyone uses the UMP anymore. It has been surpassed by the MPP (Morrowind Patch Project) quite a while ago.
Maybe that's what you mean, just checking.

Version 1.6.5b of the MPP (and BTB's Edited version of Version 1.6.5b) both have all three copies of the book in their vanilla locations.

In the Hall of Justice secret Library, it will be on the shelf closest to the door that goes to the Justice Office, (the north door.)


Perhaps you have another mod that moves the book?

Yes, I'm using MPP (BTB edit), sorry for the confusion. I guess I've always called it UMP, ever since discovering it many years ago....

I mouse-over'd every book in that room, and couldn't find it anywhere.... I guess I'll try again when I'm at my gaming rig later today. As a last resort, I'll have to head into the vampires' lair for another copy...

And, I can't think of any other mods that would change it. I use MPP, MCP, the official mods, better bodies/heads/clothes, and a big texture replacer pack. Except for modernization and bug-fixes, I'm mostly just vanilla GOTY...

Do you use LGNPC?
