G.E.C.K does weid things! WTF!

Hi guys my name is Mark, and I have been using the geck for quite a while and pratically a pro at it. But I am experiencing a couple problems.

Whole Story- One day I dropped a magnet on my computer wiping out the hard drive by mistake. I got a new hard drive and easily just reinstalled my Fallout 3 game and redownloaded the geck, along with all the other programs that I had. All was well until I started to use the geck. The first thing I wanted to do was duplicate the cell "Agathas House" so I could delete everything in that duplicated cell and make a room for a new mod I wanted to do. It duplicated but when I went to view it, It said "Loading References 329/493" or something like that. And when it finished, the whole Geck crashed. It does this for pretty much half of the cells, It loads the references but then just self-destructs(Crashes). I thought it was nothing and just kept going until I found a cell that I could duplicate and modfiy without my geck freaking out on me. I did found a cell and it was "Megaton Mister Burkes House". After that, I went to press the button "A" on my keyboard to turn on bright lights. They did turn on but they would not turn off. I repeatedly pressed "A" a bunch of times but then two blue boxes showed up in my Render Window. One in the top-left corner, and one in the top-right corner. Right away I knew this was not normal operation of the geck and knew there was a problem. I tried resetting my Render Window Hotkey settings but that did pratically nothing. Also, when I press the key "Z" on my keyboard, it only takes one press to lower or raise an object. But unlike normal operation, I don't have to hold the key down to lower or raise an object. It gets stuck just like the "A" button with the lights. I have to press ctrl-z to disable the raise or lower an object mode, but it acts as the undo button at the same time... WTF! :brokencomputer:

If anyone can come up with a solution that works for me. I will literally bow down to you and say you are the god of gaming!!
Thanks for all of your help people!!

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the program?
The first time I installed it, geck was very buggy. But when I uninstalled then reisntalled it I had no problems.
