Are you trying to make boots that make the player Jump higher? If so, I don't *think* the magiceffect works? If I remember rightly, I tried it ages ago, and it never worked...

What DOES work, however, is the GameSetting fJumpHeightMin, which is 76 by default; but this doesn't alter the fall-damage height.

Yes, thank you. I read about the fJumpHeightMin setting in other forums. So I've to use script instead of perk modifier :)

Can the "gamesettings" modified via script? I don't see any papyrus function about that on creationkit.com

Also these are not saved, so would need a maintenance quest to re-apply the desired changes
