Well anyways, I've already completed all the quests for the boomers...now I have Raul, but I can't find Loyal anywhere!! Does he disappear after I
Bug? I don't know but it's frustrating...I've looked in the hangar, mess hall, his house and the workshop..and I've waited. Hope I can find him to do Raul's quest. BTW is Raul's quest unmarked, it won't show up in my pipboy? Thanks!

He's in the hangar, don;t worry. I had the same problem with Raul, but trust me, he's in there somewhere.

Ok I found him and he was on top by the plane [how do they get up there?! lol]...we'll there wasn't much dialog choice and after I said goodbye, I talked to Raul and got nothing...is this normal? Am I supposed to talk to all 3 people before talking to him?

Just walk away a bit and Raul will approach you, probably once you're outside, if I remember correctly.
