The Shiva explosion would be closer to a week whereas the announcement would probably be close to 3-5days

Everyone can leave Capsworth's office if they so wish, the post's that I've got for it are pretty much about five lines in length(And pretty crap admittedly) and I'd rather not take up post space with them. Plus everyone there's solved everything amongst themselves, so a post of Capsworth just telling people they can leave the office isn't needed.
