Dog Speculation.....again

Just one question. Looking at this pic of the female Dunmer.....Do you think that this could be an answer to the question, "Will we be able to have a dog as a companion?" Do you think that dogs will be just like summoning more than one creature at a time in Oblivion? (You won't be able to have the ability to do it yourself but you see NPCs doing it)

Will it be just a thing you see NPCs having? What do you think?

Is this a creation pic?

It'll probably be like dog meat off Fallout 3 and not summoning.

Haven't heard anything other than Marriages being confirmed. If so, somebody please show me that article?

Pretty sure animal companions have been confirmed.

Apart from that i would try them, but if they die in 1 hit like the skinned hound from the shivering isles expansion... Then no............. They will just end up being a nuisance. I am hoping they will have super high hp like dogmeat, or they just get knocked unconcious.

I just hope more breeds are available. If this is the only dog, I'll not be using one.

The real question is whether you can have more than one dog companion and whether this feature interacts with another popular new feature of the game in http://www.ehow.com/how_2102532_throw-dog-wedding.html

I like the feel of being by myself if i had to have a dog i would lock him in my house and continueing adventureing. Who would bring their dog to fight a dragon mabey as a peace offering, but whats the point of having a dog folow you everywhere you go, i dont mind humans as much but would rather it be quest related like the golden saints in shivering isles when you attack the dark seducers. hopefully it will be optional

Well, given the popularity of Dogmeat in FO3, Beth would be fools not to include a dog as a companion.

Would be sweet to have a dog companion, and it is awesome that I can kill that svcker. I want to be able to kill any and everyone pretty much. From the pic this is obviously the dog that was next to the children in Riverwood.

If you read the tiny article (link in the screenshot thread)
The author said that directly after finding the dog they crushed its skull.

Depends... if the dog actually mauls an adversary or just does that invisible bite "minus points" crap that can be seen in Dragon Age. If it's the latter I'll pass.

P.S.
I'll definitely pass on an Irish Wolfhound though.

I liked Dogmeat in FO3, so a dog in Skyrim would not hurt :D

Dragonborn running around with a little dog? Naah, I don't like it, I will have sabertooth as my pet or something more powerful like werewolf, dragon.
And of course I need to walk in to a tavern with my mammoth pet
