Well, sorta. Just earn your dog tags equip 'em and play. But before quitting the multiplayer menu, CHANGE YOUR DOG TAG TO A SPECIAL ONE, Like the Crysis 3 MP Dog tag.

Voila! When you re-enter MP menu, dog tags should be there.

*Not removing a dog tag you earned (MAPS and SPECIAL excluded) will result in loss upon re-entering MP menu. You might lose all of the dog tags in that category even!
